Hey guys,

While I was just checking out my Windows folder (for a certain DLL file), I came across

a folder named 'oobe', and I opened it. There was this file (either oobe.exe or msoobe.exe, I really don't remember) and I obviously opened it. Thing is, it won't close (even after restarting ). Any help? This is Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 16XXX (can't remember lol, but definitely with the Microsoft Edge epub support). I tried pressing Win + X and clicking Desktop. No luck... I tried opening PowerShell as an administrator, but the window isn't showing up. I typed the command anyway:

Stop-Process -processname "oobe"

And pressed enter. Didn't work. Help. S.O.S.
