Windows XP mode on i5 fails when instalation starts

After successful installation of Windows Virtual Machine, I can´t install windows xp mode downloaded from microsoft site.

 

The initial setup always fails. The window closes and the installation process is aborted. How to solve this?

 

My system setup:

 

PC DELL 7010 optiplex

 

Processor Intel i5 (3470) 3.2Ghz

 

RAM 8 Gb

 

hard disk 300 Gb

 

Windows 7 Pro
