Have a user that cannot remote into their Windows 7 computer (work machine), they are on a Windows 10 machine at home. The home computer recently processed a long list of updates (below). Does anyone know of any cumulative updates causing issues remoting into 7? RDP from the 10 machine gives the error "Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons: 1. Remote access to the server is not enabled. 2. The remote computer is turned off 3. The remote computer is not available on the network."

The user is logged into her VPN, strong internet connection and has remoted from the 10 machine to the 7 machine before. Confirmed that the Windows 7 computer remote settings allow all connections, am able to ping the work computer. Anything by default in Windows 10 remote settings, computer services that might need stopped/restarted or new updates that might cause this?
