I Just tried to modify and save a photo on the photo app in windows 10. It told "sorry can't save that you don't have permission".

Its my computer and I want permission for whatever i'm trying to do. I followed various guides here and each only worsened the problem. I tried to restore the computer to 3 previous restore dates - each one failed. So then I tried a full reset of the computer but save my files - 3 times - 3 fails. "System was not reset - no changes have been made" So I'm dead in the water all because I wanted to resize a **** photo.

Now I can't access outlook or anything because I don't have permission. Can anyone tell me how to reset windows 10 permissions to standard please?

Many thanks

Garrett
