new upgrade, now won't print

Since yesterday's update requests to print from internet sends me to a save as file. I don't want to save frivolous files, but even if I do give a title (Etsy fees, for example), the printer doesn't seem to read it. It will not print and nothing shows as holding in the printer. HP Officejet Pro 8615.

PC at home, Windows 10, (didn't understand many of the words you entered in your answer: OS, executive, current build, go settings, os build)
