I'm not sure how to fully explain this, anytime I attempt to launch the Windows 10 Store version of Defender it either crashes or it loads up and everything says unavailable. The desktop version still seems to be able to scan, but unfortunately i can't use the new version.

 

Also when ever i attempt to turn on defender from the settings menu, it will flip on for a second and then turns off on its own. I've tired resetting the store, which pretty much didn't do anything other then allowing Defender Security Center to launch occasionally without crashing. Not sure how to fix this other then to wipe windows and start a new, so SOS...
