Guest Homeof2 Posted July 19, 2017 Posted July 19, 2017 I had a clean hard drive that I was ready to get windows 10 on. I burned a disk with the link on the website. I followed all the steps, then finally when I thought everything was done, the windows screen appeared and said getting things ready. This happened for about 30 minutes when I decided to pull the power plug and restart. Now I am in a continousloop of “The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unecpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click “OK” to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.” I have done this abot 5 times and yet the same thing happens.
