Windows 7: Want to update my activation Key from OEM to my licensed activation key

I purchased Dell Studio XPS in 2010, which came with Windows 7 Home Premium with a sticker showing activation key.

 

 

Recently my hard disk crashed and a new hard disk was installed by Authorised Dell Sevice center.

 

But it came with OEM Windows 7 with service pack 1and a new activation key. I am not able to get any new updates.

 

How can I change my activation key to my old one, so that I continue to get all updates?
