I have been using an HP Officejet Pro 8600 Printer on our network with several computers running Windows 10 with no issues. Since I purchased a Surface Pro 4 unit, I can send print jobs to the printer, but the printer cannot "see" the new Surface unit to send scanned items to it, like it does with the other computers. What can I do to fix this issue?
