BLACK SCREEN AFTER INSTALLING WDDM INTEL DRIVER

I'M HAVING A VERY DIFFERENT PROBLEM NOT AVAILABLE ON ANYWHERE ON GOOGLE

 

 

After Installing WDDM Drivers on Window 10, My screen turns into a black screen and nothing gets displayed on the screen even the mouse cursor hide behind the black screen

 

However, if I connect to my System through remote desktop connection, everything works fine by taking windows remotely

 

 

I'm having this issue after every window 10 upgrade through which WDDM drivers gets automatically installed and then I have to roll back it to previous normal drivers manually after which windows works normally.

 

 

System Model Name: Lenovo C200

 

Graphic Card: Intel Graphic Media Accelerator 3150
