Unable to turn off Windows Firewall and Defender

I am experiencing quite a bit of problems with my computer at the moment and discovered Windows Firewall and Defender are both on along with my purchased internet security program.

 

I tried to turn off the windows products but as soon as I disable it, it turns itself back on...making it quite frustrating..

 

Can anyone help with a solution so that only Bullguard is on..
