System: Win 10 up-to-date (automatic), the system is very stable for all other applications except Corel PaintShopPro x9 (last version).

During program testing, using one of the many features, simply placing the mouse over a button (no click yet) crashes the application.

The crash is not occasional but recursive attempting to use that feature and also occurs after a complete "clean Windows startup" (sfc /scannow, ..., WiseRegCleaner).

Corel's support, after analyzing the files that they requested, says I have to totally reinstall Windows ex-novo.

The files analyzed are: output from msinfo32.exe and from https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwT28n1xPexebmRmekVLQnRIM2s/view?usp=sharing.

In my view, it is anomalous to have to resort to such a drastic and laborious intervention (SO reinstallation) to solve (perhaps?) what appears to be a likely defect in the application.

From Corel's support I also received the attached screen, with the detected errors that seem all referring to the PaintSP application and its dll, but I note: the version shown is 19.0.0.2 (I am using 19.2.0.7) and none of those file .dll shown is in my folders.

Can somebody give me more precise directions?

Thank you.
