I am using Lenovo G500 laptop with i3110M cpu and RAM of 4 Gb. I am using the windows 10 pro. Suddenly after the latest update of the windows the cd drive is not working, it shows that the cd drive is not available. I have been using the windows 10 for almost all long time. But this is the first time I am facing such issues. When I opened the file explorer the cd drive is not available, even in the device manager the cd driver is not available. I also checked the bios setup the cd drive is not available even in the bios setup. I refreshed the windows but no result. Can anyone can help me get rid of this issues? I will be very thankful to the one who will be help me to get rid of this problem.
