problem with netowrking 2 pc's with windows 10

Hi

 

I have 2 PC's with windows 10 on them, and use them oin a peer to peer basis. I have the problem that one of the PC's can't see the hard drive of the other. although the 1st PC can see the 2nd's hard drive. They both indicate they are using the same network and i need the 2nd Pc to share software on the 1st one.

 

Im not a techie, bubt would appreciate any suggestions.
