windows 10 Reset Laptop - Nothing Works as it Should

Hi All,

 

 

I had to reset my laptop (Lenovo Ideapad 310), which included removing and reinstalling Windows 10.

 

 

Since I've done this, Windows 10 is operating in a completely different fashion than before.

 

 

Examples include but are not limited to:

 

 

- Not being able to sign in to One Drive

 

- Blank screen when using Windows Search

 

- Microsoft Office not appearing in Start Menu

 

- Wireless Network screen appearing blank

 

- Windows Store crashing on start up

 

- Microsoft Edge having problems connecting to certain webpages.

 

 

What the heck has happened to my laptop?!
