windows 7 Windows is not genuine. Error code 0x8004fe22

A few days ago I started getting error 0x8004fe22 telling me windows was not genuine. It is, I've had this laptop for years. I ran the MGA and I can see on it that the product key is wrong. The only thing that I can see that is not working is System Restore, I now have no restore points at all. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. Here is the MGA report:
