I cannot get the above update to work or come in? Maybe I do not need to but what is the update anyway? I am using a Sony Vaio and Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1, ME Version 6.0.3.1195. Anyone know what is causing this problem and what the exact fix might be? If so, could you set out the basic easy steps for this problem - thanks.
