For the past 12 days, every time I boot up my computer I get a notification from Windows Defender saying that it has found malicious software on my PC (the one listed in the subject line). Each time I boot up I open Windows Defender and go through the process of removing the threat from my computer and running a full scan. After the scan is complete it says I have no threats found each time, yet on the next reboot the virus is found again. To sum it up, I'm tired of having to do this on each boot up and I'm concerned that the problem might be serious.

 

 

Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks.
