windows 7 Win7 Various Issues Regarding Internet Connection

Hi everyone, as of this morning I'm experiencing various unsolvable issues and am very frustrated with it. My internet is not connecting whatsoever on my PC, it mainly says either something along the lines of completely a log on process on browser (Keep in mind, this is my home network, and the ISP doesn't use a log in, ontop of that I can't even access any pages on Google Chrome.) and the other frequent issue would be about Microsoft.com being up, but not responding to my computer. I've done basically everything I think I can, I disabled proxy, restarted the router and unplugged/replugged, restarted the computer several times, configured the IP, troubleshooted at every corner, reinstalled drivers, and scanned for malware (nothing showed up), so I'm absolutely stumped, my OS is Win7, it was working fine 7AM today, it was in sleep mode and when I returned at 4PM it wasnt working. Can someone please help resolve this ASAP? I have very important things that need to be done on my computer and I'm stuck trying to figure out the answer via my phone currently. Note the internet also works on every device other than my computer currently... I'm able to do any action or get info if told how/asked to, can't exactly copy and paste due to not being able to access browser on my computer.
