EVERY SINGLE power loss causing Recovery Boot Configuration Data File Missing

Hi, i have problem with my windows 10 in both of my computers, every time there is power loss (third world country) that cannot be cover by my UPS (mean that the power loss is longer than my UPS backup time) and the power was cut from my computer, both my system CANNOT boot back into the system, ALWAYS have Recovery Boot Configuration Data File Missing.

i can repair it easily just by booting into usb installation disk (i made with windows media installer, or something like that) and just choose repair my computer option in the bottom, the screen change to "choose an option" then reboot (i don't click on anything, just straight to reboot), i pull out my USB, and computer will boot up normally to the system. this action work ALL THE TIME.

I try to google the solution for recovery boot configuration, it always involve something like above (sometime the tutorial goes deeper than that and involving a command prompt) but because in my case it easily fix just by plugging the usb>repair>reboot, i never try other option, and more importantly it never discuss for recurring problem like mine

the question is, why in the next power loss, the same thing happen again and again without fail on both computers, always have "recovery boot configuration data file missing".

because the computer act as 24hour server computer (one as Surveillance/CCTV Server and the other as file server), and i sometime have to go out of town, the server became unreliable.

  • Is there any permanent repair that i can use to overcame this problem?
  • Why it happen in two computer in the exact manner? both have norton AV, and i never done any work/browse/play/kinky stuff on these computer (just install windows and related software, setup and configure, put into the corner and forget, any other setting was done using teamviewer from my daily PC)
  • Do i need to go deeper then just put USB installation media and reboot?
  • Do i need to go click something in choose and option screen?
  • Do i need to go to command line and fix MBR or whatnot?

regards,

AH
