Hi all, I know this problem has been around quite a while, seems to be mostly in Windows 7...

 

I receive the above error message, followed by "Windows Explorer is restarting..."

 

In my case it occurs when attempting to copy and paste a file or folder...

 

Have tried all of the following: checked/updated drivers, did clean boot, sfc scan, safe mode (still crashed), c:/sfyscan, memory diagnostics tool, virus/malware scans, & system restore. UGH.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
