Trouble boosting Windows 10 (after Windows Logon)

Hi

 

 

On my Windows 10, I've removed / installed some antivirus software that I think has been a bit of a boost to Windows, and now I do not want to reinstall Windows. What's your best way to get me up to speed. (When a Windows password is entered, a black screen will appear that should wait a few minutes to display the icons and taskbar.

 

 

Although I have had the same problem when I have not installed any antivirus software and installed Windows again.

My laptop Lenovo model ThinkPad E540 - F
