Outlook Indexing issue on Windows server 2012 R2

Hi All,

 

 

I am using Windows server 2012 r2 which I use for Remote Desktop connections for users over which more than 25 users profiles are in place in which every user is using Microsoft outlook 2010.

 

 

Issue : every month windows.edb (which holds all windows search in one file )file is created as fresh & all users email indexing start from zero.

 

 

 

So, if anyone gone through such issue & resolved the same, please share your thoughts on this.
