Hey folks, attempting to upgrade from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 7 Ultimate. I'd really rather not do a full OS install starting with Ultimate, so any help is much appreciated. Initially when attempting the upgrade WAU gave an error that it couldn't create a restore point. I resolved this by giving myself permissions on the System Volume Information folder, but now when I run WAU I get a "Windows Anytime Upgrade has stopped working" error.

If I check the Event Viewer I find the below under applications. Can anyone help?

Faulting application name: WindowsAnytimeUpgrade.exe, version: 6.1.7600.16385, time stamp: 0x4a5bc995
