Wireless mouse stops responding when external usb 3.0 device connected

Whenever i connect my external HDD to USB 3.0 (located on left side), the Wireless mouse connected on USB 2.0 (on same left side) stops responding completely.

 

A wired mouse works perfectly but a wireless mouse doesn't.

 

 

 

Config(if required): HP OMEN ax248tx i5-7300HQ, Nvidia 1050 2gb, 4GB ram, 1TB HDD, WINDOWS 10 SINGLE LANGUAGE
