how to clean junk files from D Drive on windows 10

Hello, I was wondering what to do about my D drive on windows 10? It appears to be full. It is completely blue so how do I clean it? Do I put in a CD ? I am new to 10 from using vista. Frankly I prefer vista over 10 any day of the week. Do to the fact Microsoft basically makes you buy new stuff whether you need it or not, or they won't support you. Anyway can someone tell me how or what to do with this mess? I quite pissed of with MS. Not supporting a program that you pay money for just because they want more money. My Vista was 64 bit and just as fast or maybe faster than windows 10. Yet I had to get this mess.
