Samsumg display not working after upgrade to windows 10 creator

I have reacted to prompts to upgrade my asus laptop to windows 10 creator. However my additional display monitor (connected via HDMI,) a sumsung plug and play ( LED 22 inch SD300) no longer works. I have tried looking for a driver , but as its plug and play there are none. I have tried adding it manually as well as looking for new drivers through the upgrade installed. I have also tried connecting via vga cable instead. Nothing seems to make it visible now I have upgraded. It was working fine before.

 

I am not technical or an IT enthusiast but can follow simple instructions step by step.

 

Does anyone have any further suggestions please.
