I need to upgrade from Windows 8 Pro to Windows 10. I have installed all the updates that would go through (1 update keeps saying it failed) for Windows 8. Very old community answers say I have to install 8.1 first before upgrading to 10. Is this still the case? If not, how do I upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 8 Pro? I would prefer a straight install rather than making a download CD/flash drive.
