Black screen after loginAfter

Hi, I updated windows 10 and now when I log in, all I get is a black screen with my cursor on it. I can ctrl alt dlt but do nothing on it. I tried opening it in safe mode but windows was not responding so I couldn't do anything there.

 

Can you help me?
