Hi, I need help with windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit/Microsoft and my wireless logitech mouse.

I am not able to pretty much do anything on my pc as far as . I.E. : uninstall a program, update, upgrade, use office word, power point, outlook, excel that came on my emachines EL1352G-41w.

I tried to uninstall Skype 7.3, I get an error message: "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation". Then a 2nd error box pops up and says: "You do not have sufficient access to uninstall Skype 7.3 please contact your system administrator". I am the administrator and I am logged in as the administrator. I have tried uninstalling a few other programs and I get the same error messages. Also my Acrobat Reader DC has stopped working now I get an error message saying: "Acrobat failed to load its core DLL" I get this message on a few other programs as well.

I right clicked on the program and went to properties to locate its file location and all of my programs I.E. : Office, Acrobat, windows, microsoft, etc.... basically all of the programs and files that came on my computer when I purchased it plus a few others I installed are all located in a file called windows.old. Is this the reason I am not able to do anything and why it is not recognizing me as the administrator? If so how do I fix this?

Also, I am having an issue with my wireless logitech mouse now as well. I have checked and double checked the settings on my mouse and everything is set correctly but when i click on anything my mouse automatically does a double click causing the it to sometime click on what I am trying to access but also clicks on what ever is on the next page so some times therefore I have to try and click the back arrow hoping it doesn't double click again causing me to skip right over the 2nd page again.

My DVD/CD maker: I am able to open it, Rip music to it, edit info, ect... But as far as burning a CD/DVD. It goes through the motions and acts as if it is burning the CD but nothing is on the CD. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

My speakers : the newest issue as of today. I get sound and all out of them but when I go to play music from windows media player...... no sound.

Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

JC
