My laptop came with Microsoft 10, but this company called 'software solutions' are telling me I need to update my windows key for a one time fee of $150. because my current key has expired? Is this true or 'BS' They claim to be a Microsoft partner and they have cleaned up my computer in the past, including hacking instances. which cost me $400. for a lifetime security plan. I have made a payment through paypal to GAMC ? whoever that is, for that service
