When booting up, my Windows 7 system is stuck at the Windows System Repair screen with the error message: "Windows startup cannot repair this computer automatically."

Problem details:

Problem Event Name: StartupRepairOffline

Problem Signature 1: 6.1.7600.16385

Problem Signature 2: 6.1.7600.16385

Problem Signature 3: unknown

Problem Signature 4: 21198608

Problem Signature 5: AutoFailover

Problem Signature 6: 7

Problem Signature 7: CorruptFile

I have tried system recovery and system restore options, but to no avail. I do not have any recovery CDs or USBs or anything like that.

I tried going into Command Prompt and chkdsk/bootrec.exe but my system is still unable to boot up when restarted and still shows this error message.

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!
