Windows will not let me change the time zone even though my account is an admin!!!

I just recently reset my pc as I was having some issues with some drivers. After this reset I see that my time zone is changed, so I try to change it. After this it displays a message stating "You do not have permission to preform this task, please contact your computer admin for help. If anyone has any tips on how to fix this I would appreciate it :D (1. Im the only account on this pc. 2. I already googled this problem but found no answers that helped).

 

 

Desktop (Cyberpower)

 

Os type: Home

 

Current Build: 15063.483

 

Happening Under "Additional date, time, and regional settings

 

Error Message: "You do not have permission to preform this task, please contact your computer admin for help".
