W10 Admin permissions help

I have a w10 preinstalled home pc. Have not made any changes. Was able to open all files and folders with no issues, yesterday.

 

Today I don't have permissions access denied. I log on to my ms account as admin, how do I get full permission to use all files and folders on this pc. I am a graphic designer, I need my files please, here is a pic I get for each item I try to open
