It has been extremely frustrating since I started using this computer, which came pre-installed with Windows 10. Internet connection has been extremely slow on this computer. Earlier this week, my computer stopped connecting to a network, which I had been using for the past 2 months and which I can still connect to on my phone. I filled out the online form to get support though phone, and told the technicians about the error message I got while trying to connect to the network. They were not even interested in that error message, and the supervisor technician even stopped me when I was reading out the error code to him. They kept saying that they cannot help me, and did not even make an effort to try. It was an hour of my time wasted.
