My Dell computer, which came pre-installed with Windows 10, stopped connecting to a secured network earlier this week. I had been using this network for the last couple of months, and can still connect to it on my phone. On my computer, I get error message after I entered my username and password on the network's log in page (on Chrome). The network connection status shows that it is open, but not connected. I turned off firewall. I switched my computer on and off. None worked. The full error message I got on Chrome says: "Your connection is not private. Attackers might be trying to steal your information from XXXX.com.au (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_WEAK_SIGNATURE_ALGORITHM". It seems like Windows on my computer has been blocking access to this particular network. My computer still gets connected to Wifi hotspot from my mobile phone.

I talked to a Microsoft technician and her supervisor on phone for an hour, and they do not seem to understand what this error message is, let alone how to solve this, and thus denied support. I am still hopeful that there is an IT expert out there who knows how to solve this problem.
