Windows 7 32bit No networks to connect to and the troubleshooter wont work. ideas?

https://extremetechsupport.com/data/MetaMirrorCache/8a698880453812072b3e71f296a07357._.jpg Today i have no networks to connect to, just a red "x" where there once was multiple wifi networks, when i try to troubleshoot this happens .Here is a screenshot of the error that occurs when i try to run the troubleshooter. I have tried a bunch of things and am at the end of my rope. All that remains is reinstalling windows, but that would be terrible. Anybody have an idea how to fix this?
