windows 10 Cant install any Cumulative Updates on Windows 10, neither through Windows Update or by...

I cant install Windows Updates lately on my Windows 10 Creators Update PC, didn't able to install any Cumulative Updates or any Security Updates since Creators Update is installed, because I disabled Windows Update because of bandwidth reasons on Automatic Updates, but when I had a chance and bandwidth to do that, I'm just able to install some Flash security updates, Driver updates, but not those two.

They always end up in error, or just don't download at all (I observed it on Resource Monitor and in my Network Activity tray applet, and no bytes are coming in, bytes are coming in high peak at night when other kinds of updates downloads, but not on said security, cumulative updates).

So I just tried to copy the KB codes, and download them all kinds (Full update and Delta) on Microsoft Update Catalog. Install them on my PC, it appeared to be finished, the progress bars are full, the installation time is a long time, but it still said it didn't installed

Please help me to install some newer updates, I think my PC vulnerable. Help me diagnose and fix the problem
