windows 10 CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

I recently bought a new gaming pc but without a hdd (money reasons) i installed windows and after a couple of hours my pc froze,except the mouse so i did some research and found out that my hdd is faulty. I couldnt afford another hdd so i used my pc as it is,i couldnt download anything at full sped nor transfer files but i could still play games until i started getting the clock_watchdog_violation while playing gta 5

 

at that point i couldnt do anything i did research again and everyone said to run windows update but i couldnt even do that because it would always freeze and restart and it would fail installing the updates and start downloading again so i decided to buy a new hdd i got it today and i installed windows then i installed the lan drivers and graphics card drivers and finally steam i thought id finally play some games but as i was going through settings my pc just froze and i got the error again i tried updating windows but it froze AGAIN then i reinstalled windows and decided to check if its because of the drivers so i just plugged ny ext hdd and started tansfering my games over but the pc froze AGAIN i dont know what to do anymore

 

I updated the bios as well
