Pop up that keeps coming on every 5 minutes, I get rid of it by trying to uninstall but it keeps coming back after a couple of days.

 

 

C:\Users\jean\AppData\Local\PlayPopGames\stargames.dll

 

 

I have tried to get rid of it aas it is driving me crackers. HELP
