windows 7 Trying to delete an undeletable file... :(

So i have located a virus folder on my pc. It's in my Appdata/Local folder and it wont let me delete it. Once because it has a process and service running, in which when i close both i then try to delete it and it tells me i need permission from myself. Im logged into my account named Brady and it tells me I need permission from "Brady" to delete it. I then downloaded a reg to take ownership of it. And it says that im the owner, but still wont let me delete it. Ive tried to delete it in safe mode and the secret built in administrator mode and nothing works. Ive tried multiple antimalware programs but none of them detect the file as being harmful. To give you more info the folders name is 'ntuserlite' and the virus is known as vmxclient.exe Please help me.
