Can I change Cortana to a name I want?

I don't understand this problem with MicroSoft. Why can't I have this Windows program, Cortana, respond to a name of my choosing?

 

 

Just don't want to say "Hey Cortana." ... Someone give me a good answer why we cannot change Cortana to a name

 

of choice.
