windows 7 Office 2013 document are not opened with Sharepoint 2013

Dear all,

 

We have SP 2013 foundation on premises. One half of user community uses Office 2010 and everything works like a charm for them. The other half has Office 2013 and they cannot open document from SP. The application is launched but not content is displayed. For example, Excel 2013 opens and only the Excel 2013 frame is present, no content.

 

I checked that users have the most updated Office 2013 update (15.0.4954.1001)

 

SharePoint 2013 functionnalities are set with a default to open client application on both server functionnalities and in the libraries

 

The IIS SSL parameter is set to ignore client certificate

 

The WebApp file management is set to permissive.

 

OS: win7 64 bits

 

IE 11.

 

 

Note: this bug does not appear with Firefox.

 

 

I saw numerous support, blogs on this question and tries to apply all but no change so far. Thanks for anyone who could provide tips to continue debugging.
