Received message windows 10 was due for update.

 

When process completed all applications on lap top, including access to inet, inoperable.

 

All 'This PC' Libraries accessible (Documents, pictures, etc) and desktop display visable and able to click on some loaded programs but nothing requiring inet. No lower tool bar appearing..Microsoft button to allow shutdown or bring up files not operating.
