My PC is Hijacked by Avira!

After the latest update Avira is behaving like a Ransomware! It has blocked most of my applications except some Trusted windows store applications, which came preinstalled with Windows 10.

 

I'm unable to open any other app & I'm also unable to uninstall Avira.

 

Where ever I click the end result is an advertisement asking to pay money.

My desktop icons aren't responding as well, If I try to launch an app from start menu I'm redirected to Avira advertisement!

I am unable to change any settings or to launch Windows defender.

Please help me to uninstall Avira or to take legal actions against the company.
