Windows 10 upgrade to Creator

My computer has never attempted to update to the Windows Creator version, even though I have received notification and updated my privacy settings. I am running Windows 10 1607 build 14393.148 and it's working fine. Is the Creator version still being rolled out? Should I wait patiently for it to get to me, or should I attempt a manual download?
