Click File Explorer or right-click anything & tries to unsuccessfully install Shredder

Not sure that this is the correct forum...

 

When I press File Explorer or try to right-click anything, it tries to unsuccessfully install the shredder. When I click Cancel the following boxes appear as seen in the photos Step 1 through to Step 4. This shows the sequence of events. Step 4 results in the computer going into a loop and the only way out is to shut down the computer by holding down the power button.

 

Does anyone have a way around this?
