Running windows 8. Trying to update to 8.1. It says I can't update because I am not the administrator... BUT I AM!!! It says in microsoft that I am... There is NO ONE ELSE that uses this computer. I AM signed in to Microsoft. How do I bypass this obvious glitch in the program?
