Hello. Every time I run the Windows Update or updating the Windows Defender definitions; it takes minutes instead of seconds to update those two things. I tried SFC scan, clearing out the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder, resetting the BITS and Windows Update, The Network Troubleshooter, putting the USB WiFi adapter into a different USB port and nothing works. I even used a different USB WiFi adapter and I'm still having this problem. I think my Windows Update is having problems. Is anyone having trouble with this?

 

 

My Windows 10 OS version is the Creators Update (1703). OS Build: 15063.483
