Hi,

 

I can't access the Internet using my Windows 7 computer. This has happened before when I haven't used this computer for a while. I get messages after troubleshooting that I am missing the wireless driver. No matter how many times that I try to update the driver, I get a message that says that the driver for accessing the Internet is missing and is not on my computer. I can't do anything to download the correct driver because I can't get onto the Internet to do this. I have tried everything to fix the problem but I either get a message saying that to access the Internet I must change my driver. Any attempt I make to access the correct driver(or a driver that my Windows 7 will recognize is futile, because I can't access the Internet for help downloading anything. I know my modem works because I use it constantly for my other computers.

 

in the past when this problem occurred, I would reload Windows 7 and reload a working driver this way. But since the last time that I reinstalled Windows 7, I have added a lot of software programs and I don't want to try this again and then have to reload all of the program's I have installed since I last had this problem.

 

Can anyone help me?
